We directly provide or arrange the following services:

• U.S. city tours and sightseeing experiences
• Travel and event packages that may include the above services

These services are fulfilled by FIFA SQuaaaD or its contracted partners and are not advisory in nature.

2. Ticket Concierge Services (Advisory Only)

Ticket-related services are provided strictly on an advisory and concierge basis.

• FIFA SQuaaaD does not sell, resell, issue, or distribute tickets
• Tickets are not includedin any package or listed price
• Ticket purchases are made separately by clientsthrough official or third-party platforms
  
  We do not guarantee ticket availability, pricing, seating, or successful entry to any match or event.

3. Packages Including Ticket Assistance

Certain packages may include housing, transportation, tours, and ticket concierge assistance.

In all cases:

• All non-ticket services are provided by FIFA SQuaaaD
• The ticket component remains advisory only
• Failure to secure tickets does notentitle the client to a refund or cancellation of the package

4. Pricing & Exclusions

• All prices displayed on our website exclude ticket prices
• Ticket costs are determined by third-party sellers and paid directly by the client
• Prices may change based on demand, availability, and seasonality

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made to FIFA SQuaaaD are for services rendered.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including payments for:

• Housing
• Transportation
• Tours
• Packages
• Ticket concierge services

No refunds will be issued for:

• Event changes or cancellations
• Failure to obtain tickets
• Client cancellations or no-shows
• Travel disruptions
• Force majeure events

6. Changes & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, government actions, transportation issues, or actions of event organizers. Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents
• Complying with local laws and venue rules
• Independently purchasing tickets
• Confirming event entry requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law, FIFA SQuaaaD shall not be liable for:

• Ticket-related losses or denied entry
• Acts or omissions of third-party ticket sellers
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to FIFA SQuaaaD for the applicable
service.

Logos, and Text Contents on this website are the exclusive property of FIFA SQuaaaD and may not be used without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the HOST State of FIFA World Cup 2026, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
