With a background in high-demand logistics, client services, and international coordination, Jael leads the delivery of seamless concierge solutions—providing secure match tickets, personalized travel planning, accommodations, airport transfers, and exclusive city and stadium experiences across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Jael brings a unique blend of operational expertise and business leadership to every client experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Suffolk University, Boston, and works as a Senior Robotics & Electrical Engineer. Her strong attention to detail, compliance, and execution ensures every World Cup journey is handled with precision and care.
